The first meeting allows you to better understand your situation and determine what you want to work with. It's a moment to talk freely, without judgment or rushing. For the patient, it's a chance to feel whether the therapist's way of working suits him or her and whether the relationship makes him or her feel secure. -

Step 2: Establish the goal and plan of therapy
At this stage we formulate goals together - specific and realistic. We discuss what the therapy process will look like, the frequency of meetings and the expected results. The patient gains clarity on where he or she is headed and what he or she can get out of therapy in the coming weeks.

Step 3: Regular appointments (office / online)
This is the actual part of therapy, in which we gradually work on changing the way we think, react and experience emotions. The regularity of the meetings helps build trust, and the safe space allows us to talk openly about difficulties. For the patient, it's a time to grow, reflect and make real changes in life.

Step 4: Summary and next steps
At the final stage, we summarize the results of the work together and determine what to do next - end the therapy or continue in a looser form. The patient gains an awareness of progress and tools that he can use on his own. This is the moment when you can see that change has really happened.
