Filip Lisowski - Psychologist specializing in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy
Filip Lisowski, MA
Specialization: psychologist working in SFBT, crisis intervention
About me:
I am a psychologist working in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I mainly work with adults. I graduated with a master's degree in psychology from SWPS University and cognitive science from Jagiellonian University. I gained experience, among others, as a support line consultant for people in emotional crisis, as well as in a psychological support program for employees.
I provide psychological consultations for people who are experiencing emotional difficulties, overwhelmed by stress, going through life crises, or simply need a safe space to organize their thoughts and emotions.
How I work:
In my work, I am guided by an approach that focuses on the client's resources, possibilities,
and goals. I believe that even in situations of great crisis, a person retains the potential for change – and my role is to help find and use that potential. I conduct consultations in both Polish and English.
Education and Certifications:
Master of Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities
Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from Jagiellonian University
Internship at the Institute of Health Psychology as part of a support hotline for people in emotional crisis
Basic and advanced levels of Solution Focused Therapy course
Numerous additional psychological trainings, including crisis intervention, domestic violence, and Rational Behavior Therapy
