Psychotherapy for Adults

We offer individual psychotherapy sessions in our office (Warsaw) and online.
We work with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, life crises, and relationship difficulties. Take care of yourself with professional support.

What will I get out of it?

Psychotherapy is a process – but from the client's perspective, the most important question is: “What will I get out of it?” It starts with a meeting. Just one. Sometimes it's a consultation, sometimes it's immediately the first session. You say what brings you in, and the therapist listens – without judging, correcting, or advising from a position of authority. They simply check what you're coming with and what you need. If you feel "okay", you start working together.
Currently, at Psycheclinic, we offer therapies in 3 different modalities (methods, ways of working).

What does it look like?

Each of these approaches focuses on something slightly different – but the goal is the same: for you to feel relief, regain agency, and understand what is happening to you. For you, the most important thing is: you have someone on the other side who doesn't judge or run away when you start talking about what really hurts. And that's already a lot. Therapy is a process tailored individually.
Together, we determine the rhythm and form of meetings so that they are safe, realistic, and effective.

CBT

In the CBT approach, the therapist will be more active – helping you understand patterns of thinking and showing the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behavior. They provide specific tools, exercises, and tasks. They act like a trainer – supporting, but also demanding. The process is structured, measurable, and focused on results.

Psychodynamic

In the psychodynamic approach, sessions are more open. There is much more silence, reflection, and free association. You may sometimes get frustrated that “nothing is happening,” but that's precisely when the most is happening – you start to understand yourself on a deeper level.

SFBT

In SFBT (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy), we immediately focus on what works and what you want more of. We don't dwell on the past for long – we concentrate on goals, resources, and small steps forward. This therapy is very practical, concrete, and focused on rapid change.

Therapy for adults is a process that supports coping with emotional difficulties, improving relationships, and personal growth. In an atmosphere of trust and acceptance, you can examine your emotions, beliefs, and relationships — at your own pace.

  • Therapy can be helpful in many areas of life — both when you are struggling with a specific diagnosis and when you simply feel that something is overwhelming you. We help with, among other things:

    depression, anxiety, mood disorders

    chronic stress and burnout

    relationship difficulties and loneliness

    trauma, personality disorders, and addictions

searching for meaning, building self-esteem, coping with perfectionism

  • Yes, if:

➤ You are experiencing psychological distress, difficult emotions, or a crisis

➤ You have difficulty making decisions and building relationships

➤ You feel lost, overwhelmed, or burned out

➤ You want to better understand yourself and your needs

➤ You are looking for a space to talk and receive support

Even if you don't meet the formal criteria for mental health disorders, therapy can still be helpful. It provides support in navigating grief, divorce, career changes, or life's unexpected turns.

  • Session duration: typically 50 minutes

Format: In-person, online, or telephone sessions (in justified cases)

  • Therapy is not just about treatment – it's also about getting to know yourself, learning new ways of reacting, and building a more authentic life.
    It's time just for you.
And you can take the first step right now.
