In-office therapy is more than just a different meeting location. It's a completely different quality of experience – both in terms of concentration and the symbolic entry into a safe space where everything else can cease to exist for a moment. For many people, the physical "coming to the office" becomes an important ritual – a moment to pause, take care of themselves, and switch their attention from everyday matters to what really matters.
At PsycheClinic, we focus on the quality of this space. We ensure that our offices are a place that not only encourages conversation but also supports the process of change.

Details that make a difference
What may seem like an addition to many is an important support to the process for our clients:

➤ the option to put your phone away in a designated place with a charging option – for people who want to disconnect from the outside world for a moment and be truly present,
➤ a library for patients with psychological and self-development literature – available free of charge in the waiting room,
➤ free parking right at the entrance – so you don't have to worry about space or additional costs,

Discretion from the first step
From the moment you enter the office, we ensure full discretion and privacy. The reception desk does not require you to provide your details aloud, and clients are not obliged to reveal their identity to other people waiting for their appointment. Additionally, thanks to the special status of our facility in Google systems, your visit will not be recorded on the timeline in Maps or in the location history – which is crucial for many people.

A space designed for conversation

Each of our therapy rooms is designed with your comfort in mind. They are soundproofed and decorated in warm, neutral tones, free from unnecessary distractions. With comfortable armchairs, soft lighting, and soundproof doors, we've taken care of every detail to ensure you feel safe and at ease.

In-person session?

Are you wondering if meeting in person is the right choice for you? Here are a few points to consider to help you decide.

  • Online therapy isn't for everyone, and that's perfectly fine. Many people find face-to-face interaction more engaging. It allows for better understanding of non-verbal cues and helps build a stronger connection with the therapist. Being in the same room can also help you engage in the process more quickly, especially during times of crisis or when it's harder to get motivated. Some clients prefer in-person therapy to feel a greater sense of 'reality' in their sessions. It provides a sense that something is actually happening, requiring you to get dressed, leave the house, and schedule your time. This is not just a ritual, but also a form of symbolic commitment.

  • ➤  For individuals who struggle with online communication or lack suitable conditions for it,
➤  For those who need a change of scenery to switch more easily into a reflective state,
➤  For clients who value direct, face-to-face contact with another person,
➤  For individuals in crisis who are seeking immediate support, with a real sense of another person's presence in the same room.

  • If you're planning your first visit to our clinic, please check out the 'How to Find Us' page beforehand.
